• Minor variations in color, texture, or aroma may occur due to seasonal changes and the natural extraction process.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

• Payments must be made in full before your order is processed. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available payment methods.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

• We work with trusted courier partners but are not responsible for unforeseen delays, strikes, or other disruptions in transit.

• Please ensure accurate delivery information to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• As our products are natural and perishable, we do not accept returns.

• If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

• Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
