Return & Refund
At Srujan, we take great care in ensuring that you receive the highest quality, cold-pressed oils made using traditional Lakdi Ghana methods. As our products are natural, perishable, and consumable, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene and product integrity.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns of products once delivered, unless:
The product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon arrival
You receive an incorrect item different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and invoice
Ensure the product is unopened and unused
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
If the delivered product is damaged or incorrect, and a replacement is not possible
If your order is canceled before dispatch
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
