Return & Refund

At Srujan, we take great care in ensuring that you receive the highest quality, cold-pressed oils made using traditional Lakdi Ghana methods. As our products are natural, perishable, and consumable, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene and product integrity.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns of products once delivered, unless:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon arrival

  • You receive an incorrect item different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and invoice

  • Ensure the product is unopened and unused

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • If the delivered product is damaged or incorrect, and a replacement is not possible

  • If your order is canceled before dispatch

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
